Get rid of Spots- the Natural way!
Follow these top tips recommended by the holistic therapists at Neal’s Yard Remedies...
- Keep skin clean! Wash your face at least once a day to get rid of grime and dirt.
- Steam your face once a week to help keep the pores free from oil and dirt build up.
- Only exfoliate once a week – any more than this is harsh on the skin.
- Dab spots with tea-tree oil or witch-hazel on a cotton bud.
- Relax! Stress makes spots worse so it’s important to chill out.
- Eat healthily- unfortunately sugar and artificial additives aren’t good for your skin, so make sure you eat plenty of fresh fruit and veg!
